Also, to non-black people who might listen to their black female friends complain about the dating pool?

Please don’t tell us that “we’ll find someone awesome eventually”. Please don’t tell us that “no one deserved us”. The worst thing we can hear at those times is “it will happen for you!” by a person considered far above the desirability scale to us. Literally, the worst.

Just give us a hug and hate the system that put us this far at the bottom.
